In addition to daily posts of bible, conversational, grammatical, historical and musical buts, 2010 has begun with the inclusion of a weekly series studying through 1 Corinthians one but at a time. On a humorous note: I mentioned that the Big Buts site is growing in its daily visitor numbers. There are some tracking tools that allow me to see how people arrive at the site--if they searched by a key word or key phrase, what word or phrase brought them to my page. You can imagine that a site called "Big Buts" will bring some interesting traffic. High up in the keyword searches were "big latin but', 'big fat buts' and 'teachers with big buts' (notice all the buts have but one 't'). I get such a kick out of imagining the shock... searching 'teachers with big buts' leads someone to a bible study website. God is good. And, I think, has a pretty good sense of humor.
Hi Darin...just visited the FB big buts page and noticed that a friend of ours that we went to church with in Hawaii in a fan of your page....Crazy!!! The word is spreading far and wide! Looking forward to reading the book.
