I've re-tooled my writing website.
I'll spare you the details right now, but I've decided to park my other writing endeavors on a back-burner for a time. For those of you who have been following the memoir entries, fictional stories or enjoying my fractured attempts at lyrics and poetry, have no fear. They'll all surface again in time and in different venues.
But (great word, eh?), you've known of my affection for a certain little three letter conjunction for a very long time. Whether you follow the URL www.darinmichaelshaw.com or www.bigbutsofthebible.com you'll find yourself up to your butt, in buts.
Now, I need your help.
Making the changes and mapping the domain changes will negatively affect some feeds and traffic to my writing site initially. I need to start over in getting the word out about my writing site. You can help by (1) visiting my writing site regularly, (2) subscribing to the site's feed, and (3) TELLING OTHERS about the site. For my part, I'll be bringing you daily doses of the Bible and culture based around the word but--hoping to bring a touch of warmth to your heart and a smile to your face. I'll also commit to you to keep developing the site as a resource. I am working on more interactive components to that site even as I post this--added functionality is on the way. Come along with me, you'll enjoy the ride.
One last thing: What about this blog/site? Glad you asked. Nothing changes. www.interactivesermon.com will continue to be my official blog home, and the place I let it all hang out (scary, I know). The changes I've mentioned only concern my writing site.
