We're back to two services in the morning - 9AM and 11AM. Please plan accordingly. More exciting than that, however, is that if the weather cooperates, we'll be celebrating together after church with a church picnic and baptism service at Rocky Pond (directions will be available at the services in the morning). I hope that you will be able to be apart of this time of fellowship and fun.
As you prepare your heart to worship in the morning, take some time and flip through the book of Psalms. We'll be considering how God spoke to His followers and continues to speak to us through poetry and art. As you look through the Psalms, notice especially those which seem to have risen out of the Psalmist's experience of God, or life, or struggles.
Jesse and members of the music team have a great set of songs prepared to lead us into the Lord's presence in praise and worship. A new arrangement of the great hymn This Is Our Father's World is on the list, as are songs by Matt Redman, Graham Kendrick, Reuben Morgan and Third Day. Come prepared to sing!
Whether at 9AM, 11AM or the picnic/baptism after the second service, I really look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
